The Steel strands are produced in steel (alloy iron + carbon) with a reinforced zinc surface finish (heavy galvanization), which helps protect the metal against corrosion and guarantees a good product life. In electrification, they are used as conductors for low electric current and as grounding cables, to connect lightning rods and ground rods to the entire electrical discharge protection system.
